1kg bread flour (white or brown)

12g dry instant yeast

15ml salt

20ml sugar

100ml olive oil

500ml lukewarm water

Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and place the dough in a large bread pan. Let the dough rise in the pan for 30 minutes en bake in a preheated oven at 180C vir 50 to 60 minutes.
