Geroosterde suurlemoen-en-paprika-hoender.jpg

Genoeg vir 6

2 werfhoenders van sowat 1,4 kg elk

15 ml (1 e) gerookte of gewone Paprika

Gerasperde skil van 2 suurlemoene

10 ml (2 t) knoffel, gekap

125 ml (½ k) olyfolie

10-15 ml Cerebos LOW Salt

1 suurlemoen, in kwarte gesny (gebruik sommer die gerasperde Suurlemoen)

4-6 lourierblare

Voorverhit die oond tot 180 °C.

1 Meng die paprika, suurlemoenskil, knoffel en olyfolie.

2 Sit die hoenders in ’n oondpan, geur met Cerebos LOW Salt (ook die binnekante) en smeer die paprikamengsel oor. Druk die suurlemoenwiggies en Lourierblare in die binnekante in.

3 Rooster vir 1 uur 20 min. of tot Goudbruin en gaar. Laat afkoel en sny in stukke. Sit koud of warm voor.
