Salame di cioccolata

Ingredients:
300 g of dry biscuits;
250 g of sugar;
100 g of butter;
100 g of cocoa powder;
2 eggs;
2 tablespoons of liqueur (or vanilla flavour).
How to:
Cut the butter into cubes and melt it over low heat;
let cool for at least ten minutes;
meanwhile mix together the sugar and the cocoa;
crumble the cookies into pieces;
pour all the ingredients in a large bowl, adding the eggs and pouring the butter little by little;
stir well with a wooden spoon from the long handle (the mixture is sticky and is better if you don’t knead it with your hands);
once the ingredients are well mixed, spread the mixture on a sheet of parchment paper;
with the help of the baking paper, make the dough compact and give it “the shape of a salami”;
transfer it on a sheet of wax paper and wrap it with care;
store in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours before serving;
cut into thick slices about 1 cm and serve cold.
