Ädelost Cheese Rostad sparris med ädelost – Roasted asparagus with blue cheese

Serves 4
Preheat the oven to 225 C°/435 F°.
Trim the dry ends of 1 bunch of green asparagus.
Place the stalks in a roasting pan and add a splash of good olive oil and a pinch of sea salt and fresh ground pepper.
Roast for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
Crumble on 3 oz of Ädelost blue cheese.
Drizzle on a few drops of good crema di balsamico and serve as an appetizer or as a side dish.
