Mustard Green and Tuna Aemono Salad

Ingredients
50 g mustard greens
50 g enoki mushrooms
1 can canned tuna
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp soy sauce
1 pinch salt
Method
1. Cut leaf mustard into about 2cm pieces. Take off the hard bottoms of the mushrooms and cut them in half.
2. Put all the mustard greens in a microwavable container.
3. Then add the chopped mushrooms on the top of the mustard greens.
4. Finally pour the canned tuna over the top of the mushrooms. Put the lid on and microwave for 1.5 min.
5. After that, pour on sesame oil, soy sauce, and add a pinch of salt. Then put the lid on again and microwave for another 1.5 min and mix again, and it's s done!
