Klewerige varkribbetjies

■ 1,2 kg varkribbetjies

Sous

■ 60 ml tamatiesous

■ 30 ml heuning

■ 30 ml sojasous

■ 30 ml suurlemoensap

■ 15 ml soet rissiesous

■ 2-5 ml Tabascosous

Voorverhit die oond tot 190°C en voer ’n paar bakplate met foelie uit. Pak die ribbetjies op die bakplate en bak vir sowat 30-40 minute, tot gaar. Haal uit die oond en laat effens afkoel (dis belangrik, anders sal die marinade afgly as jy dit op die vuurwarm ribbetjies smeer).

Meng die tamatiesous, heuning, sojasous, suurlemoensap, soet rissiesous en Tobascosous saam.Voorverhit die oond se roosterelement. Smeer die ribbetjies goed met die sous en oondrooster tot bros en klewerig. Smeer gereeld nog van die sous oor terwyl die ribbetjies rooster. Sit voor met aartappelskyfies en ’n paar koue biere. Lewer ses porsies.
