200 g vars rissies

5 ml fyn gekapte knoffel

5 ml fyn gemmer

250 ml bruin spirits asyn (5% Acidity)

250 ml wit suiker

Metode:

Maak die rissies fyn met 'n liquidizer.

Voeg die knoffel en gemmer by en meng goed.

Bring die asyn en suiker tot kookpunt, roer tot suiker opgelos is.

Voeg die rissies by en prut 10 minute of tot stroperig.

Giet in gesteriliseerde flessies en verseël dadelik.

Bêre vir 2 weke voor gebruik.

Sit in die yskas nadat dit oopgemaak is.
