Ingredients Required: Chocolate Tart
1. Frangipan Tart Shell 8
2. Fabrication Ganache 12 ounces
3. Chocolate Sprinkles 4 ounces
Preparation Instructions: Chocolate Tart
1. Spread Using a spatula, spread the ganache into the tart shell. Mound it so the center is higher and the edges are smooth.
2. Cover Drench the top completely with chocolate sprinkles.
3. Garnish With a star tip, garnish with a rosette of the ganache.
4. Store Store in refrigerator until served.
Additional Comments: A candied flower or colored mimosa works well as garnish.
