Ingredients Required: Peach-Kiwi Tart
1. Pre-baked flat tart shells 8
2. Vanilla Pastry Cream 4 ounces
3. Fresh Kiwi 4 - Peeled and Sliced
4. Fresh Peaches 2 - Peeled and Sliced
5. Apricot Glaze 4 ounces
Preparation Instructions: Peach-Kiwi Tart
1. Spread With a spatula spread pastry cream onto the bottom of the tart shells.
2. Prepare Peel and slice the fruits.
3. Place Cover half the shell with peach slices, then the other half with kiwi slices.
4. Glaze Apply hot apricot glaze with a small pastry brush.
Additional Comments: Canned peaches can be used instead.
