Ingredients Required: Pear Tart
1. Pre-baked flat tart shells 8
2. Vanilla Pastry Cream 4 ounces
3. Fresh Pears 8 Bartlett pears (peeled and sliced)
4. Apricot Glaze 4 ounces
Preparation Instructions: Pear Tart
1. Spread With a spatula spread pastry cream onto the bottom of the tart shells.
2. Prepare Peel and core pears. Slice so the halves can be fanned out onto the shell.
3. Place Place the fanned out pears onto the pastry cream.
4. Glaze Apply hot apricot glaze with a small pastry brush.
Additional Comments: Canned pears can be used instead.
