Ingredients Required: Strawberry Tart
1. Pre-baked flat tart shells 8
2. Vanilla Pastry Cream 4 ounces
3. Fresh Strawberries 1 - 16 ounce package
4. Red Apricot Glaze 4 ounces
Preparation Instructions: Strawberry Tart
1. Spread With a spatula spread pastry cream onto the bottom of the tart shells.
2. Prepare Wash the strawberries and remove the green and stem.
3. Place Place as desired onto the pastry cream. One in the center and then half berries leaned against the center berry works well.
4. Glaze Apply hot apricot glaze with a small pastry brush.
Additional Comments: When all the berries are small stand one in the middle and several around the outside of it.
