Vanilla Chocolate Bombe

2 litres Vanilla Ice Cream
350g Oreo Cookies, crumbled
2 table spoons nutella
1/2 tin condenced milk
a few drops vanilla essence
100 gram plain chocolate
50ml coconut oil
Line a round bowl / mould with glad wrap.
Spoon vanilla ice cream into the mould, leaving a hollow in the centre.
Mix the oreo, concenced milk, nutella and a few drops of vanilla.
Spoon in to the centre of the ice cream hollow.
Fill up the mould with vanila ice cream.
Freeze overnight.
Remove from mould.
Remove glad wrap.
Melt the 100 gram chocolate in the microwave.
Combine with the coconut oil.
Place the bombe on a serving platter.
Drizzle ice cap over.
Cut with a warm knife.
