Babelutten

Ingredients
60g honey
1 vanilla pod
30g butter
2½ dl cream
250g sugar
Preparation
Mix everything in a pot on a light heat until all is melted . Increase the heat and stir form a caramel .
When all is browned , take a teaspoon of caramel from the pot and pour it into a bowl of ice cold water . If the pellet hardens the babelutte is ready. If not , leave a little further cooking.
Leave the pan to cool in cold water and pour the caramel on a plate covered with butter paper , otherwise it sticks to the plate.
Allow 2 hours to cool and then cut babe lutten . Eat them or wrap them in plastic paper because otherwise they stick .
