Jy benodig:

600 g varkfilet

’n knypie paprika

sout en peper

15 ml droë dragon

5 ml koljander

50 g klapperolie of botter

4 middelgroot sampioene, gekap

1 ui, gekap

500 ml vars room

30 ml Worcestersous

3 knoffelhuisies, gekap

Só maak ’n mens:

1. Sny die filet in skyfies van 1 cm dik en sprinkel die speserye oor.

2. Smelt die helfte van die klapper- olie of botter in ’n pan en braai die vleis aan albei kante tot mooi goudbruin. Skep vleis uit die pan en hou eenkant.

3. Smelt die res van die vet en braai die sampioene. Voeg die ui by en roerbraai saam met die sampioene vir sowat vyf minute. Voeg die room, Worcestersous en knoffel by.

4. Plaas die vleis terug in die pan en roer deur. Laat prut vir sowat tien minute. Sit voor saam met fyn blomkool.
