Lewer 6 porsies.

Jy het nodig:

1 x 400 g-rol broskorsdeeg, ontdooi

2½ k (625 ml) gerasperde cheddarkaas

6 repe rugspek

1 eier, liggies geklits

Só maak ’n mens:

1. Voorverhit die oond tot 220 °C. Voer ’n groot bakplaat met bakpapier uit en plaas dit eenkant. Rol die deeg oop, sny in 6 vierkante en plaas dit op die bakplaat.

2. Verdeel die gerasperde kaas in 6 porsies en plaas dit oorlangs van een hoek na die teenoorgestelde hoek op elke deegvierkant. Plaas ’n reep spek bo-op.

3. Vou die twee skoon hoeke na die middel toe; dit sal 1-1,5 cm oorvleuel. Bestryk die deeg met die geklitste eier.

4. Bak vir 45 minute of tot goudbruin.
