Bedien 4

Jy het nodig:

1 groot kop broccoli, goed gewas en gedreinee

40 g rosyne, geweek in warm water tot uitgeswel

40 g geroosterde dennepitte (jy kan ook amandels, pekanneute of okkerneute gebruik)

40 g fyngekapte vars kruisement

40 g fyngekapte pietersielie

1 suurlemoen se sap en skil

125 ml olyfolie

5 ml suiker

sout en peper

Metode

1. Rasper die broccoli se groen dele tot net op die stingel (jy kan ook ’n voedselverwerker gebruik). Die tekstuur sal soos koeskoes lyk.

2. Plaas in ’n slaaibak en voeg die rosyne, neute, kruisement en pietersielie by. Skud die suiker, suurlemoenskil en -sap en olie in ’n flessie saam en giet oor die slaai. Geur met sout en peper.
