Klewerige lamsrib sonder tjap

Dié lamsrib is geskoei op ’n resep uit Landbouweekblad Boerekos en vir Kokkedoor se kulinêre span agter die skerms gemaak. Dit is ’n lekker manier om ekstra smaak te gee aan lam wat nie geseën is met ’n vrylopende Karoo-opvoeding en sertifiseringstjap nie.

Jy benodig:

1 lamsribstukkies

1 koppie sojasous

30 ml olyfolie

60 ml soetrissiesous

1 koppie heuning

15 ml geroosterde komynsaad

5 cm stuk gemmer, fyn gerasper

1 knoffeltoontjie, fyn gerasper

So maak ’n mens:

Meng al die bestanddele, giet oor ribstukke en laat oornag marineer in ’n emalje-, glas of plastiekskottel. Braai oor medium kole in ’n toeklap-rooster.
