Makadamia-en-sjokoladesmeer

Makadamiabotter met speserye.jpg

Jy het nodig:

100 g makadamianeute, fyngekap

160 g donkersjokolade

230 g ongesoute botter

1 vanieljepeul

400 ml kondensmelk

Só maak ’n mens:

1. Rooster die makadamianeute tot bruin in ’n skoon, droë pan. Roer gereeld sodat hulle eweredig bruin word en voorkom dat die neute brand. Laat afkoel.

2. Smelt die sjokolade en botter saam in ’n bak oor kookwater (moenie dat die bak aan die water raak nie). Roer tot glad.

3. Roer die neute, kondensmelk en die saadjies van die vanieljepeul by die sjokolade.

4. Bêre die smeer in gesteriliseerde glasflesse en plaas ’n sirkeltjie waspapier direk op die smeer. Dit help om dit langer te laat hou.
