Jy het nodig:

1 ui, gekap

1 t fyngekapte knoffel

1 e olyfolie

1 t gemaalde komyn

’n knypie kaneel en neutmuskaat

700ml groente- of vleisaftreksel

800 g pampoen, in blokkies gesny

100 ml room

1 nartjie, die skil en sap

’n knypie kaneel vir afronding

Só maak mens:

1. Braai die uie en knoffel in olyfolie tot sag.

2. Voeg die speserye by, gevolg deur die pampoen en soteer vir vyf minute.

3. Voeg die aftreksel, die sap en skil van die nartjie, die room en die gekapte pietersielie by. Prut tot pampoen sag is.

4. Vir 'n gladde, romerige tekstuur verpulp gekookte sop in 'n voedselmenger.

5. Bedien warm met sout en peper volgens smaak.
