Jy het nodig:

½kg ongegeurde jogurt

1 groot komkommer

4 knoffelhuisies, fyngekap

4e olyfolie

2e witwynasyn

sout en peper na smaak

Só maak ’n mens:

1. Plaas die jogurt in ’n mengbak.

2. Skil en rasper die komkommer en druk met jou hande om enige oortollige vloeistof te verwyder.

3. Roer die komkommer by die jogurt.

4. Voeg die knoffel, olyfolie en asyn by en geur na smaak met sout en peper. Verkoel voordat jy dit voorsit en gebruik as ’n doopsous saam met meze.
