1. hollow out the middel of the banana as in the picture

2. put the hollowed out bananas in the deep freeze and melt the chocolate

3. dip half of the hollowed out bananas in chocolate and sprinkle with crushed nuts

4. fill the centre of the banana with smooth peanut butter
