1. press in the center of the bread / wheat bread with a rectangular shape using a spoon , season with pepper and salt

2. break eggs and and place it in the middle of the bread , season

3. dab of butter around the bread, sprinkle grated cheese

4. bake for approximately 10 minutes or until browned bread
