Cinnamint Apple Water Banting / Low Carb

Carb Status: GREEN
Ingredients:
2 apples, sliced
2 cinnamon quills
Handful of fresh mint
2 litres of cold water
Ice blocks
Method:
– I start by slicing up two apples into thin slices. I don’t even bother cutting the apple up first, I literally just slice it up whole. Seeds and all. Any apple variety will work here, I quite like granny smith and royal gala. But any type will do.
– Add the apple slices, cinnamon quills and mint into a big jug and pour over the water and add in the ice cubes.
– Then just keep topping up the jug with cold water, and you’ll have lovely refreshing appley cinnamony minty infused water all day!
