1 onion sliced thin,1 cup flour for dredging, 1 tablespoon seasoning salt, milk
Directions
Heat oil to 350. Thinly slice onion on mandolin. Soak in milk for about 5 mins.Combine flour and seasoning salt on wax paper or plate. Dredge onion rings in seasoned flour. Drop in preheated oil and cook until golden brown
