LCHF Chocolate Milk

Carb Status: ORANGE
Ingredients:
150ml pouring cream
100ml full-cream milk
2 tsp cocoa powder
2 tsp sweetener of choice (I use xylitol)
1 tsp coconut oil
Method:
– Chuck everything into a blender and whizz it up till well combined and there are no lumps of cocoa.
– Make sure the milk and cream are well chilled, and serve immediately. If it stands it tends to separate, but a good stir with a teaspoon gets it back to normal.
– Try and get hold of some good-quality organic full-cream milk, like Ayrshire, jersey or gold top milk. It makes it that much more indulgent. And you know we’re all about indulgence around here!
