Oysters and Blue Cheese wrapped in Bacon

INGREDIENTS
12 fresh oysters, shucked
a handful of blue cheese
black pepper to taste
1 packet of streaky bacon
METHOD:
Cut the bacon pieces in half then place a small piece of blue cheese and an oyster on a piece of bacon. Wrap the bacon around the oyster and secure it with a toothpick.
Braai on medium coals until the bacon is crispy on all sides. (Be careful not to burn the bacon). Once crispy, place the bacon oysters back onto thei r shells and serve.
