Roasted Sesame Veggies

Ingredients:
butternut
potato
zucchini
onion
whole garlic
lemon wedges
rosemary
sesame seeds
butter
Method:
Wash and cut the vegetables into chunks
Peel the garlic, but keep the cloves whole
Peel the onion, but keep whole
Put the butternut, potato, onion, lemon wedges and rosemary in a plastic bag.
Tie once at the top and microwave for 10 minutes.
Roast the sesame seeds - take care not to burn them.
Put the microwaved vegetables and zucchini in a roasting pan.
Steep with butter.
Season with salt and peper
Roast until golden - take care not to roast the vegetales too dark.
Add the sesame seeds and serve
Quantities depend on your family's needs.
