Potato Wedges fried in Rosemary Infused Oil

INGREDIENTS
potatoes
rosemary infused oil
seasoning
condiments to serve
METHOD
Wash and scrub the potatoes.
Micorwave the potatoes in a closed plastic bag for 10 minutes on high.
Cut the potatoes in wedges.
Deep fry in rosemary infused oil.
Season
Serve with your favourite condiments
*To prepare rosemary infused oil:
Pour oil in a bottle.
Add fresh sprigs of rosemary to the oil.
Seal
Store in a dark place for at least a week before using.
