Rice Balls

INGREDIENTS
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
METHOD
Combine all the ingredients to form a batter.
Deep fry in oil.
Drain on kitchen paper and serve with ketchup, mustard and gherkins
