Mars Bar Rocky Road

Serves 8 - Ok so it serves one when I've had a rough day.
* 400g (14oz) Milk or Dark chocolate, broken & melted
* 150g (6oz) Marshmallows
* 150g (6oz) Raspberry Lollies
* 2 Mars Bars (120g or 4oz), roughly chopped
Optional: Mix 1 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil into the melted chocolate.
Note: I was lucky enough to have a packet of macadamia nuts in the cupboard and they kept begging me to mix them in with the chocolate and marshmallows. So I did!
Variations: You can use bounty bars or snickers bars, even violet crumbles, it's up to YOU!
Line a 30 x 20cm (12 x 8 inch) baking tray with baking/parchment paper. In a large microwave bowl, melt the broken chocolate in 30 second increments, stirring after each time until nice and smooth. Let cool slightly before adding the remaining 3 ingredients, stir to coat. Pour mixture into the baking tray and refrigerate for 40 minutes or until set. Cut into squares to serve.
Brilliant with a cuppa in the afternoon just before the madness of school pick up. Magnificent as dessert. The divine treat that will be raved about at any party! Trust me, EVERYONE will ask for this recipe!!
