Horseradish hot ‘creamy’ sauce

INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon greek-style yoghurt
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish, (see note)
1/2 teaspoon hot english mustard
METHOD
Mix together all the ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
NOTE
Use finely grated fresh horseradish instead when it’s in season.
