2t melted butter

3 eggs separated

1 cup sugar

1cup flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1tsp vanilla

4cups milk

Beat butter, egg yellow and sugar together.

Add flour, baking powder and salt.

Add milk and vanilla and beat well.

Add stiffly beaten egg whites and pour into a deep dish.

Bake for ± 1 hour or until set at 180 degrees.

Sprinkle cinnamon over as soon as out of the oven.

Easy and deliciousssss.
