INGREDIENTS
455g flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
85g butter
milk, to mix
METHOD
Sift the flour and salt, rub in butter and mix in milk to make a stiff dough. Roll out thinly. Cut in squares, place on greased oven tray and prick with a fork.
Bake at 200°C for approximately 10 minutes until golden brown.
