Raspberry jam

INGREDIENTS
3.2kg fresh raspberries
3.2kg sugar
METHOD
Heat berries (without water) over medium heat until they boil. Stir in the sugar gradually. Boil for around 5 minutes. Pour into sterilised jars and seal while still hot.
NOTE
Frozen berries can be used, but produce extra liquid which needs to be drained after boiling.
