Sunday roast fry-up

INGREDIENTS
6 streaky bacon rashers
1 cup leftover roasted vegetables
1/4 cup leftover greens
oil, for frying
salt and pepper
METHOD
Heat oil in pan and add bacon. Cook until crispy. Add roasted vegetables and greens and fry until hot. Add salt and pepper to taste.
