Floured flounder

INGREDIENTS
2 fresh flounder
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup milk
salt and pepper, to taste
oil, for frying
METHOD
Wash and dry flounder. Pour milk onto plate. Mix flour, salt and pepper on another plate. Cover flounder with milk and then with flour mixture.
Cook on hot pan for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
TIP
This recipe also works well for snapper, kahawai and trevelly.
