INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon soda
METHOD
Cream butter, sugar and honey. Add egg and give mixture a beating.
Add other ingredients, and beat the mixture well.
Half fill greased gem irons. Bake at 180°C for 10–15 minutes.
