INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
pinch salt
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon flour
small piece butter
1 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cups water
METHOD
Beat eggs, salt, sugar, mustard, flour and butter together. Add vinegar and water. Boil until thick and bottle. Just before serving, add a little milk if a thinner consistency is required.
