BISCUITS
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon icing sugar
110g flour
115g butter, softened
ICING
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1 passionfruit
water
METHOD
To make the biscuits, sift icing sugar and flour together. Add butter to dry ingredients and mix well. Spoon in small quantities onto greased oven tray, or onto baking paper on tray.
Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
To make the icing, sift icing sugar and add butter and pulp of passionfruit. Mix to combine, adding water until still firm but spreadable. Spread between cooked biscuits and dust with icing sugar.
