BASE
INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour
1 cup wholemeal flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
4-6 tablespoons butter
1/2-1 cup milk
TOPPING
820g spaghetti
2 medium onions
8 bacon rashers, chopped
439g tinned pineapple
or 1/2 fresh pineapple, chopped
2 cups cheese, grated
METHOD
To make the base, mix flours, baking powder and salt. Rub in butter. Roll out into large square on baking tray.
To make the topping, place all ingredients on top of pizza base in the order they appear above.
Place tray in oven at 210°C for 20 minutes.
