FRUITS OF THE FOREST CHOCOLATE

Ingredients:
100g cacao butter
6 tbsp raw cacao powder
1/4 cup honey
50g dried cranberries
50g flame raisins
50g chopped walnuts
20g raw cacao nibs
Method:
1. Melt the cacao butter in a pan over a low heat, then stir in the honey and cacao powder.
2. Chop the nuts (or bash ‘em with a rolling pin), and stir into the chocolate mixture as you remove the pan from the heat. Add the cranberries, raisins, cacao nibs, and whatever else you might wish to add.
3. Pour the mixture into moulds/a square 8″ lined baking tray, and leave to chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Once firm, remove from the fridge, slice neatly or break into rough pieces.
