4 kop koekmeel,

500g botter,

halwe teelepel sout,

1 eier geel,

250ml water,

1 eetlepel suurlemoen sap

Sif en meng droee bestandele en vryf botter daarin tot krummelrig.

Voeg nou die eiergeel, water en suurlemoensap by en meng tot 'n lekker stywe deeg.

Rol die deeg 5mm dik uit.

Laat die vleis goed afkoel in bakkie sn sit die deeg oor die vleis.

Verf die deeg met eierwit.

Bak vir 30 minute en rooster dan mooi ligbruin bo.

Oppas vir brand.
