Harriet Nelson’s Favorite Chicken

8 chicken breast

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can of cream of celery soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

½ cup light cream

1/23 stick of butter, melted

1 ½ cups uncooked rice

Salt ‘n pepper to taste

Paprika

Combine soups, cream, butter, and rice, pour into casserole dish. Place chicken breast over rice mixture, sprinkle with seasoning, dot with butter and bake covered for 1 ½ hours at 325 degrees.
