1 med. potato, peeled

1 med. carrot, scraped, washed

1 med. onion, sliced

1 lb. ground beef

2 eggs

1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup

Salt and pepper to taste

Pinch of garlic salt

3 slices plain toast

Cover toast with boiling water and let stand until soft, then blend well with mixture of ground beef, eggs, cream of mushroom soup, salt and pepper and garlic salt. Make out in 5 small pones; chill well or freeze. Place the above 3 vegetables in center of foil square, place hamburger pone on top. Bring up all corners to hold in all the steam. Place on a baking pan and cook for 40 minutes at 450 degrees. This is a full meal; meat and 3 vegetables.
