Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon

1 salmon fillet (1 pound)

2 Tablespoons butter

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 Tablespoons honey

1/4 cup hot & sweet mustard

Dash of salt n' pepper

1/4 cup white wine

Cut salmon widthwise into four pieces, sprinkle with salt n' pepper. Melt butter in skillet, add brown sugar, honey, and mustard stirring until sugar is dissolved and ingredients well blended. Place salmon pieces in skillet, skin side up. Cook for about 4 minutes on medium heat, covered. The sauce will begin to caramelize so check salmon to be sure it doesn't burn., stirring sauce as needed. Flip salmon pieces, add white wine mixing into sauce. Spoon sauce over salmon pieces. cover and continue cooking for 5 minutes. remove from heat and serve, spoon sauce over salmon when serving.
