Jello Cake

1 white cake mix (and everything needed to bake the cake - see cake box) or use your favorite homemade recipe for white cake

1 3 oz. package strawberry Jell-O (or any flavor of your choice - we use lemon sometimes)

1 8 oz. container whipped topping

1 container fresh or frozen strawberries (optional)

1. Bake cake according to directions on box

2. Let cake cool

3. Mix Jell-O with 1 cup warm water

4. Make several holes in top of cake without going through and then pour Jell-O over cake

5. Refrigerate until chilled

6. Add whipped topping

7. Serve
