Beef Stirfry

250 g lean Beef 2 tablespoons of clear honey 2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce 1 tablespoon tomato puree 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce 2 tsp ground coriander 2 tablespoons of orange juice 2 teaspoons of crushed garlic 4 teaspoons of vegetable oil 1 large onion sliced 1 red pepper sliced 1 yellow pepper sliced 1 large carrot sliced Mushroom sliced 1 baby marrow sliced 450 g Hokkien noodles
Put Beef honey, sweet Chilli Sauce, coriander and orange juice and garlic into a bowl mix well and cover and let it marinate for about 1/2 hour. Heat oil in wok or large frying pan over medium - high heat. Add the onion beef and marinade and cook for about five minutes then add the rest of your vegetables. Continue to cook for about 10 minutes until beef is sticky. Stir often. Meanwhile prepare your noodles according to instruction and add to you stir fry and let it cooked through or you can serve the Stir fry on top This recipe works well with both Pork and Chicken.
