2 quart pitcher
6 - 8 fresh lemons
2 cups sugar
Cold spring water
Ice
wash, slice lemons in half, juice removing all seeds, place sugar into pitcher, pour lemon juice over sugar, stirring to dissolve sugar, add cold water till pitcher is 3/4 full, add enough ice to fill pitcher, stirring well. Enjoy!
*For the kids--save lemon halves, remove all pulp from each half, slice small bit from bottom so lemon half stands up, fill with your favorite flavor jello, refrigerate till firm, garnish with a dollop of whipped cream.
