Pineapple Fruit Salad

6 bananas
6 Delicious apples
6 mandarin oranges
1/2 c. pineapple chunks
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
Cut all fruit in small pieces and mix together. Combine with nuts and dressing.
DRESSING:
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
1 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Combine all ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and is a clear color. Remove from heat and let cool. Store in refrigerator for several hours before serving.
