Peppermint Crisp Chocolate Cake

Cake:
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1 and 1/4 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 peppermint crisp chocolate
Method:
Beat everything together for 3 minutes
Fold in baking powder and crushed peppermint
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes in a well-greased round pan
Topping:
Ingredients:
250 ml whipping cream
1/2 cup Nesquick Chocolate powder
3 peppermint crisps, crushed
Method:
Whip cream till thick
Quickly beat in Nesquick
Fold in 2 peppermint crisps
Sandwich the cake layers and leave enough cream for the top
Sprinkle with crushed peppermint crisp.
Note:
Double the recipe for a 3 layer cake
